How Life Coaching Works

No lengthy contracts – guaranteed!

I don’t ask for any lengthy contracts. Our initial life coaching agreement will be for only 4 weeks. At the end of this time the life coaching contract can simply be extended for further 4 week periods. I understand that I need to give my clients fantastic value each month to have them wanting to come back for more and more.

How long will we need to work together?

That’s hard to answer; so much depends on the depth and challenge of your ambition. Life coaching is most effective when it is seen as an ongoing process, a series of steps that add up to a long-term improvement in your future. You may need to be coached through a specific project or time in your life and this may take several months. Or you may want to go on a longer path together, I have many clients that have been with me for years and they remain in a life coaching environment as they see that increasing their position, wealth and happiness is an ongoing journey.

How will we work together?

Life coaching is 100% interactive. We set up a series of commitments between us that will enable you to learn new skills and think in new ways. I will help you use what you know. There will be suggestions made, with you held accountable for actioning them. I will encourage you to find the best in you and show you how to apply your strengths for greater effect and gain. You will improve your performance.

The mechanics that make all this happen are simple. As you explore my programme, you’ll discover I don’t ask for great slabs of your time. Our joint ambition is for you to achieve your goals little by little, until the cumulative achievement sees a dramatic fulfilling change.

In each month, we will meet over the telephone four times for 30 minutes to discuss achievements to date, strategies for the next few days and to review your feelings and attitudes about what you are doing.

And remember check in on your thinking every day!

Your responsibility to me as your life coach will be to email me regularly. I will want feedback from you on action taken on commitments you make to yourself in order to achieve your goals. I will reply to your mail and provide regular advice and mentoring, which will be followed up in a half hour telephone appointment soon after.
