How can I be so sure of this? A little bit of my background over the last few years will help explain.

I left a very senior management role in the corporate world to sell real estate. I was tired of having my strings pulled by someone who wasn’t me. Prior to this change of career path, I set myself three objectives.

Within one year I would:

1. OWN a business and pull my own strings.
2. Join the ‘Millionaires Club’ of Real Estate.
3. Be in the top ten Real Estate salespeople in the country.

All three were knocked off with time to spare. I was focused. I was confident that the targets I had set myself were within reach.

After six years of selling I had reached No 2 Salesperson nationally, had achieved Life Membership into the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Chapter, and had ownership of a two successful Real Estate offices. Also in this time, I have become a very successful property investor and created a passive income higher than most people work for.
