For our newsletter and audio programs, you will only be subscribed when you request it. Every newsletter or audio program will contain an "unsubscribe me" link which you can use at any time. We will endeavour to send you only relevant news, special offers, and product details. We will not sell or share your details with any 3rd party.
When you make a purchase, we request more personal information, including your name, contact details, delivery address, and prescription details. This information is considered confidential, and we will not share it with anyone else. Your credit card details are processed through either eWay or PayPal gateways and are not retained by us in any way. When you make a purchase you also agree to subscribe to our newsletter and as outlined above, but have the option to ‘unsubscribe’ at any time.

Delivery Instructions
Postage costs and country tax [if applicable] are in addition to the advertised price and are clearly stated in the shopping cart total prior to acceptance and processing of the order. Allow 48 hours for any electronic audio products to be shipped and 5 to 10 working days for physical product to be shipped. All physical product is posted via Australian Post to any global destination.
Recurring Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions may have an initial fee that is greater or less than the recurring payment. This initial fee [if any] is clearly stated in the promotional material and again in the shopping cart prior to check out. The recurring timeframe [term] and cost of the recurring payment is also clearly stated. By ticking the acceptance of the terms in the shopping cart at the time of checkout you agree to these terms and to the recurring payments being charged. All recurring payment products allow for cancellation by email notice via the original product promotion site or by emailing estore @ grantthorpe.com . On cancellation, the subscription will run to the end of the current billing cycle, then terminate.

LeaderQ Websites [Grant Thorpe.com Pty Ltd] retains full ownership of all LeaderQ Websites [Grant Thorpe.com Pty Ltd] intellectual and physical property allocated to the client for 'use' during the term of the LeaderQ Website subscription. This includes but is not limited to web design, website pages, templates, blog content and articles, marketing materials, hosting services, email addresses and any domain names registered by LeaderQ Websites . The client undestands that they have the right to the use of the allocated services while subscribing to LeaderQ Websites, but forfeit these rights on termination of their LeaderQ Websites subscription.
By uploading or submitting a picture, brand, logo or design image or file to LeaderQ Websites for use on your personalised website, you certify that you have the right to distribute and use this picture, brand, logo and or design and that it does not violate the terms and conditions of this policy or any existing copyrights or trademarks. By agreeing to this policy and terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify LeaderQ Websites [Grant Thorpe.com Pty Ltd] from any action resulting in the use of these pictures, brands, logos or designs.
