John McTavish has an incredible life story from rock musician to electronics guru and on to a Real Estate career which has seen him as a business owner, Manager and Industry Trainer over the last 20 years.
John is a superb salesperson, master negotiator and has studied under the greats including David Knox and Tom Hopkins from the U.S. and Canadian Brian Tracey.
He has personally addressed thousands of Salespeople on both sides of the Tasman and is a mentor to many of the top performers and business owners in the industry. As associate director of L.J. John holds a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) And a Certificate of Tax Planning and Investment from the Australian Securities institute and is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
